CORRUGATED CARDBOARD

It is multilayer material comprising one or more corrugated layers alternately arranged with flat layers. Its overall thickness ranges from 3 to 100 mm.

In dependence on number of layers available it can be:

  • two-layer board: one flat and one corrugated layer,
  • three-layer board: two flat and one corrugated layer,
  • five-layers board: three flat and two corrugated layers.

ANGREN PACK is a manufacturer producing and supplying 3- and 5-layer corrugated boards intended for packages with the grey-brown and bleached top layer.

Three-layer corrugated boards

T11-T15 (grey-brown, bleached) for production of packages and auxiliary packing means for packaging of products that can be piled up.

T21-T24 (grey-brown, bleached) for production of packages and auxiliary packing means for packaging of products that cannot be piled up because of their limited ability to resist loads while being piled up.  

Five-layer corrugated board

P31-34 (grey-brown, bleached) for production of large-sized packages with high strength and rigidness and also special containers.

P35-37 (grey-brown, bleached) for production of packages and auxiliary packing means for packaging of products that cannot be piled up because of their limited ability to resist loads while being piled.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PRODUCTS

The corrugated boards as per GOST 7376 and TSh 64-04066591-06:20012 are intended for production of packages and auxiliary packing means for packaging of diverse products.

In dependence on a number of layers the corrugated boards can be specified as follows:

  • D – double-layer board comprising one flat and one corrugated layer,
  • Т – three-layer board comprising two flat and one corrugated layer,
  • P – five-layer board comprising three flat (two outer and one inner) and two corrugated layers
